Adjusting carbs on a 1967 Triumph Bonneville – Mikuni’s

I have a 1967 Triumph Bonneville with Mikuni carbs. I don’t have a clue as how to adjust them. My bike starts easy but runs best with chokes fully on and takes forever to warm up. When chokes are off the bike runs rough. One of my auto mechanic friends said he thinks my carb are running too lean. Question is: Is there a simple guide with actual photos to help a novice like me adjust my carbs?
Thanks

Are you looking for a specific buyer in Aus? Or just have Triumph parts you are trying to part with? I don’t really know anyone in Aus, but if you need help in the US I can point you in the right direction.
